Return Policy

 Returns

• You may return most new, unused items within 14-30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• Sale items, bodysuits, underwear, or custom/personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Email me at MagicallyAdorned@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. I’ll send a return address and a return authorization (if applicable).

3. Ship the item back to me following the instructions provided.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• I recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Exchanges​

• If you'd like a different size or color, please contact me as soon as possible.

• If approved, I will send you a return authorization.

• Shipping costs for exchanges will be payed for by the customer.

• Once I receive your return item and inspect it, I will send out the item you wish to exchange it for.

• Any items that are sent back to me damaged will no longer be eligible for exchange or refund.

 Refunds

• Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
